Whether it’s being a wife of 22 years, a mom, or an entrepreneur-, the recipe never changes. operating in genuine love and a spirit of excellence is always my aim. everything from cooking, to mentoring, to counseling is all done in that fashion. if it can’t be executed in that way, I work at it until it is. it’s a personal standard i’ve held that’s very important. So is having my family be apart of the business. my mom and sister both bring their talents to “char caters”. our son handles PHOTOGRAPHy and our daughter helps me prep in the kitchen. its literally a family affair and that is what makes it special”.
